Rhythmic Inspirations

RHYTHMIC INSPIRATIONS is offered at Club Adagio’s Vancouver and Maple Ridge locations, and is now offered at our North Vancouver location as well. These developmental level classes utilize music, dance, gymnastics and hand held apparatus to encourage girls to explore the language of creative movement as a basis for rhythmic gymnastics.  Emphasis is placed upon cultivating flexibility, strength, coordination and movement awareness.  Fun and excitement are added factors when the girls perform their choreographed routines for the Annual December and June Gala Performances.  From this program, girls will be invited to gain further experience through our Rhythmic Dreams.
